## Booking request
A customer request recorded by the system. It is not a confirmed service until the required confirmation conditions are satisfied.

## Locked total
The amount calculated and stored server-side for a booking before payment.

## Approved payment channel
A payment method that is both technically configured and commercially enabled for the merchant account.

## Quote-based service
A service such as events, hotels, safari, catering, performers, staffing, concierge or luxury transport where final price and availability require confirmation.

## Flavor preference
A service preference used in the shisha equipment flow. It is not a separate online tobacco sale.
